On September 21, 2026, the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Science and Technology granted VNETWORK Joint Stock Company the Telecommunications Service Registration Certificate No. 10343/GCN-SKHCN. The certificate was issued under the 2023 Telecommunications Law and Decree No. 163/2024/ND-CP, two key regulations shaping Vietnam's telecommunications sector today.
The 2023 Telecommunications Law and Decree No. 163/2024/ND-CP have brought significant changes to how telecommunications services are managed, including new registration procedures for certain types of services. Keeping pace with these changes, VNETWORK proactively prepared its application, which the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Science and Technology reviewed and approved in accordance with the prescribed process.
This certificate reflects VNETWORK's commitment to staying up to date and compliant as the legal framework evolves. It is also a factor many businesses weigh when choosing an infrastructure partner.
The Telecommunications Service Registration Certificate is the result of thorough preparation. From investing in data center infrastructure to building operational processes, the VNETWORK team has steadily refined its systems to meet applicable technical standards and regulatory requirements.
Behind the certificate is the coordinated effort of many teams, from the engineers who operate our systems to the staff responsible for documentation and compliance. For a digital infrastructure provider, stability and compliance always come first.
For customers and partners, this milestone offers one more reason for confidence when choosing a long-term partner. As businesses place growing emphasis on compliance when selecting infrastructure providers, working with a partner that keeps pace with new regulations makes the collaboration more solid.
At the same time, the certificate lays the groundwork for VNETWORK to further expand its solution ecosystem, from Cloud Server and CDN services to Web/App/API security solutions, meeting the increasingly diverse needs of businesses. When infrastructure, content delivery and security run on a standardized platform, businesses can deploy and scale their systems more smoothly.
Prior to the Telecommunications Service Registration Certificate, VNETWORK already held a number of key licenses and certifications, including the Information Security Product and Service Business License No. 121/GP-BTTTT, ISO/IEC 27001 certification, ISO 20000-1 and Science and Technology Enterprise certification, among others.
Each certification represents VNETWORK's commitment to quality, security and compliance in its operations. This certificate continues that journey, adding a legal foundation in telecommunications alongside the information security and IT service management standards already in place.
Building on this foundation, VNETWORK will continue to optimize its infrastructure and improve service quality and customer support. The goal is to help every business easily deploy solutions that fit its scale and operational needs.
As data and digital systems become increasingly central to business, VNETWORK aims to provide stable and secure infrastructure, so businesses can focus on growing their operations throughout their digital transformation journey.
The Telecommunications Service Registration Certificate is the result of our team's dedication and the trust our customers and partners have placed in VNETWORK over the years. We sincerely thank you for your continued support and look forward to creating lasting value together.
