A standout moment was workshop session 2, where Mr. Nguyễn Văn Tạo, Chairman and Founder of VNETWORK, delivered a presentation on “Strategies to Counter AI-Powered Attacks and Practical AI Applications in Securing Web/App/API & Email.” The session offered a comprehensive overview of global and Vietnam-specific trends in AI-driven cyberattacks, while diving deep into the increasingly sophisticated nature of cyber threats.
During the session, Mr. Tạo introduced VNIS, a security solution designed to protect Web, App, and API systems from complex attacks such as DDoS and vulnerability exploits. With an infrastructure boasting over 2,300 Points of Presence (PoPs) and more than 2,600 Tbps of bandwidth, VNIS efficiently distributes traffic, effectively neutralizing threats from the network to the application layer.

Additionally, Mr. Tạo introduced EG-Platform, an email security solution engineered to combat attacks like phishing, malware, and Business Email Compromise (BEC). EG-Platform acts as an effective shield, safeguarding both incoming and outgoing emails by leveraging artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML) to analyze behaviors based on real-world contexts. The system continuously learns from data, instantly detecting and blocking threats while dynamically adapting rules to counter new attack strategies. The presentation received enthusiastic feedback from experts, sparking lively discussions on AI’s potential to enhance email security in the digitalization era.
