User experience hindered by technical limitations

As user traffic surged, AI-generated content such as videos and images began experiencing delays in loading or failed to display entirely. With most users based in Vietnam, ClickAI’s reliance on overseas cloud infrastructure and Content Delivery Networks (CDNs) revealed critical shortcomings. Data traveling through international routes led to noticeable drops in access speed, significantly disrupting the user experience and threatening the brand’s reputation.

On the operational side, infrastructure costs escalated in tandem with the platform’s growth. Relying on international service providers with high costs and slow technical support left ClickAI’s team in a reactive position. Each technical issue required lengthy wait times for resolution, while user demand continued to grow relentlessly. Additionally, Vietnam’s increasingly stringent data regulations mandated local data storage for sustained operations. Upgrading operations to match growth ambitions

• CDN: A robust content delivery network that accelerates the distribution of videos, images, and data by serving content from the nearest server to the user. With over 2.300 global distribution points and 700 servers in Vietnam, ClickAI ensured fast, stable access for local users while enhancing protection against Layer 3/4 DDoS attacks.
• VoD Transcoding: Automated video conversion to multiple formats tailored for various devices, ensuring smooth playback on smartphones, tablets, and computers. This solution reduced data transfer volumes while maintaining crisp image quality.
• Cloud Storage S3: Local data storage in Tier 3+ certified data centers, fully compliant with Vietnam’s Decree 53/2022/ND-CP. Integrated with the CDN, this system enabled faster content retrieval, reduced load on origin servers, and optimized transmission costs.
• Cloud K8s (Kubernetes): A cloud computing infrastructure that empowered ClickAI to deploy and manage applications flexibly. This solution facilitated seamless scalability and automated operations with high reliability.

This integrated suite created a closed-loop content delivery ecosystem—encompassing storage, transcoding, and transmission. It enabled ClickAI’s systems to operate cohesively, adapt flexibly, and scale efficiently to meet future growth demands.

Performance soars by 900%: A game-changing leap

Post-implementation, ClickAI saw immediate and transformative improvements. Content load times, previously a major bottleneck, dropped dramatically. Videos and images that once took significant time to display or failed to load entirely, now rendered in just 1–2 seconds. Overall content delivery performance surged by 900%, delivering a smoother, more seamless user experience.

Operational costs were also optimized significantly. VNETWORK’s CDN, with its high cache HIT ratio, drastically reduced requests to the origin server, enabling ClickAI to save 52% on costs compared to its previous provider. Moreover, VNETWORK’s technical support proved far more responsive.
